I worked with director Will Robinson on his online doc Strikers: The Art of Goalscoring for the magazine FourFourTwo.

Featuring interviews with Jermain Defoe, Michael Owen and Harry Redknapp among others, Will’s film focused on the finesse and artistry employed by the best strikers in the Premier League. He wanted to demonstrate this using some traditional cel animation style graphics, so I came up with several looks, and we eventually settled on messy streaks of oil paint and the crackling energy of pen and ink-inspired outlines.

The film was a hit with FourFourTwo and fans alike, quickly gaining over 350k views.
